Hi Jenni! There's actually a feature to plug in this recipe's link (or most links that have recipe cards on their blogs) on My Fitness Pal and it pulls all the ingredients and serving sizes. According to that it comes out to about 102 calories per cookie and I figured 1/2 cup of shakeology was a scoop and a half. So if you use less the calories will be a little less as well.
