Heeralal Pannalal is a 1999 Indian Hindi language comedy film directed by Kawal Sharma, starring Mithun Chakraborty and Johnny Lever (both in double roles), Mohan Joshi, Shakti Kapoor and Pramod Moutho. The film was inspired by the 1982 film Angoor starring Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma and the 1998 film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan starring Govinda and Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles. The film was a disaster at the box office.

The film revolves around two sets of twins, both named Heeralal and Pannalal, who set out in search of love and adventure, but are unaware of the presence of the other set. They get into various hilarious situations due to their identical names and appearances. The film also features some comedy scenes by Asrani, Deven Verma, Raju Kher, Razak Khan and others.

The music of the film was composed by Anand Raj Anand, who also sang some of the songs along with Udit Narayan, Vinod Rathod, Anuradha Paudwal and Lakhbir Singh Lakkha. The lyrics were written by Anand Raj Anand and Shaheen Iqbal. The film had five songs, namely:
