Addressable Device is a unit of measure by which the Program canbe licensed. An Addressable Device is a device upon which an applicationis installed that is addressable by the Program. Each applicationinstallation that is addressable by the Program counts as a separateAddressable Device. Licensee must obtain sufficient entitlements tocover the maximum number of Addressable Devices in any calendar month.

Thousand Addressable Device is a unit of measure by which theProgram can be licensed. An Addressable Device is a device upon whichan application is installed that is addressable by the Program. Eachapplication installation that is addressable by the Program countsas a separate Addressable Device. Each Thousand Addressable Deviceentitlements represents one Thousand Addressable Devices. Licenseemust obtain sufficient entitlements to cover the maximum number ofAddressable Devices in any calendar month.

IBM International Program License Agreement including the License Informationdocument and Proof of Entitlement (PoE) govern your use of the program. PoEs are required for all authorized use. Part number products only,offered outside of Passport Advantage, where applicable,are license only and do not include Software Maintenance.

To facilitate migration to the replacement parts, migration ratioshave been established based on worldwide usage patterns. Your initialrenewal notification will use these averaged ratios. Where your usagemodel differs from the standard, your entitlements will be adjustedduring migration to ensure that you are entitled to use the MobileFirstPlatform Foundation in the same capacity as you are currently licensed.

IBM provides you with access to IBM databases containing information on knownprogram defects, defect corrections, restrictions, and bypasses atno additional charge. For further information, consult the IBM SoftwareSupport Handbook found at IBM will maintain this information for at least one year after the originallicensee acquires the program (warranty period).

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the program and youare the original licensee, you may obtain a refund of the amount youpaid for it, if within 30 days of your invoice date you return theprogram and its PoE to the party from whom you obtained it. If youdownloaded the program, you may contact the party from whom you acquiredit for instructions on how to obtain the refund.
